It Ain't Easy....

....when you decide to call it a day.

And no, I'm not talking about Cedar's Mountain or Shooting Suburbia.

I'm talking about Flashing Georgie's Shorts.

For a continued explanation, please click on the above link and visit FSG one last time. I promise that you won't be disappointed.

I want to sincerely thank all of you for sharing your comments, you views and your writing tips for the 15 1/2 month existence that was FSG.

  1. Just curious, why did you decide to stop posting these?

  2. I decided to move in a different direction with the short stories that I have left, which is to try to get them published.

Key word is "try". I want to try to get them published through normal channels. Granted, it will be tough, but I feel confident about getting it done. If not, I'll try something else, but I do want to make some kind of dollar off of them.

    At least, that's the plan.

  3. I enjoyed visiting you over at FSG, but I wish you well in your quest for publication. Doesn't the word "quest" just make your whole mission sound so noble? :)

  4. Kelly: Thanks.

Yes, "quest" does have a better and more noble ring to it.

Go on, give me your best shot. I can take it. If I couldn't, I wouldn't have created this wonderful little blog that you decided to grace with your presence today.

About that comment moderation thingy: While yes, it does say up above I can take it, I only use it to prevent the occasional miscreant from leaving thoughtless and/or clueless comments.

So remember, all of your comments are greatly appreciated and all answers will be given that personal touch that you come to expect and enjoy.
