Update On Family
The issue which caused me to take a brief but necessary hiatus for the past four days has not been resolved (and probably won't be for some time to come). However, I've been able to (with a certain degree of success) make it an unfortunate part of my life, and thus, am now ready to get back into the groove of being that complex person you've come to know and appreciate. Once again, not only do I thank you for your patience and understanding for the past four days, but I thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in the upcoming days (& weeks & months) as I deal with this particularly thorny issue.

Go on, give me your best shot. I can take it. If I couldn't, I wouldn't have created this wonderful little blog that you decided to grace with your presence today.

Wow I saw that same image last night whilst looking for a photo of a peacock! Weird. Don't think I've ever looked for a picture like that before!

ReplyDeleteThat is amazing - is that a real white peacock? I've only ever seen the blue/green variety.
And I'm sorry you're having to deal with extra stress from a not-easily-resolved situation. Those are the worst.

ReplyDeleteA great big howdy do to all my friends here. I wanted to let you know that I missed everyone here as well. It's been a very rocky four days or so, but I'm slowly starting to get things back under control. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how the long range planning that was done unfolds.
ReplyDeleteI will try to make the rounds tonight to your blogs, but most definitely will be stopping by tomorrow.
As for the white peacock, well, I really wanted to post a picture of something that would help me find that small pond of calm in the midst of the raging storm that I could latch onto, even if it was only for a few minutes at best.
I never saw a white peacock either until my friend forwarded me these pics last month. This one was the better of the two that were sent.
Above all, I sincerely thank you for your good wishes and positive vibes that you chose to send out in my direction.
I hope all is well...at least as well as they can be & heading ever closer to a satisfying resolution.

ReplyDeleteLana: They are moving very slow in that direction. All I can really say is that I'm tackling the issue from a couple of different sides and I'm hoping to get a better grasp of things once summer gets into full swing.
